Great listing agents do more than put up a sign and wait for offers. Behind every successful sale is a complete marketing plan that includes the obvious: a for-sale sign, color flyers and a complete and accurate listing in the MLS with high quality photos. But much more goes into the “behind the scenes” work. The rise of the Internet demands a solid online presence. I make sure that my listings are listed on all major (and most minor!) real estate websites, including Yahoo!, Zillow, Red Fin, Postlets and Craigslist.

Not only are active leads solicited, all leads are pursued. The advantage of a proactive approach is that it assumes each lead is a potential buyer for your property. And those that aren't, are critical providers of valuable feedback in terms of a property’s strengths and assets as well as its weaknesses and areas for improvement. In today’s market, getting offers is the easy part. Successfully navigating all the potential snags leading up to closing is the ultimate goal. We’ll leverage my expertise to bring in top dollar while protecting your ability to close and close on time.
